K\u00ebshtu, fal\u00eb talentit t\u00eb lindur, mendjes s\u00eb hapur ndaj gjith\u00e7kaje t\u00eb re, dashuris\u00eb dhe respektit p\u00ebr \u00e7do ushqim dhe ingredient t\u00eb tij, teknikave dhe metodave q\u00eb ka m\u00ebsuar nd\u00ebr vite, sot ai \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shef kuzhine i lakmuar. N\u00eb shum\u00eb konkurse \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme n\u00eb gatim ku \u00ebsht\u00eb nderuar edhe me shum\u00eb \u00e7mime. N\u00eb 2014-\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar me \u00e7mimin e par\u00eb n\u00eb Gran Prix Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Kuzhin\u00ebs Mesdhetare dhe gjithashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar me dy pirun nga guida Gambero Rosso nga viti 2012 deri m\u00eb tani.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Tetor t\u00eb vitit 2016 ai fitoi kompeticionin \u201cLA GRANDA\u201d p\u00ebr recet\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb mishit dhe u nderua me nj\u00eb guid\u00eb historike \u201cTouring Club Italiano\u201d me restorantin Antico Arco.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb 28 Dhjetor 2016 me Padam Boutique Hotel &#038; Restaurant, ai fitoi edicionin e kat\u00ebrt t\u00eb \u201cGolden Bee\u201d p\u00ebr kategorin\u00eb e restorantit. Kompeticioni u organizua nga Kryeministri p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebrblyer kompanit\u00eb e suksesshme.<\/p>\n<p>Prej vitesh drejton kuzhin\u00ebn e restorantit &#8220;Antico Arco&#8221;, q\u00eb konsiderohet nd\u00ebr restorantet m\u00eb t\u00eb mira n\u00eb Rom\u00eb. Restorant q\u00eb ka histori t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, ku Fundimi \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb grupi, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtuar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar pun\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb para tij. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve aty ka pritur e p\u00ebrcjellur edhe shum\u00eb personalitete shqiptare si : politikan\u00eb, artist\u00eb, gazetar\u00eb etj. Ka gatuar p\u00ebr disa emra t\u00eb njohur italian. Ka arritur t\u00eb futet edhe n\u00eb drekat dhe darkat qeveritare n\u00eb Itali duke gatuar edhe p\u00ebr kryeministrin Italian, Mateo Renzzi. Fundimi \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithashtu n\u00eb jurin\u00eb e MaterChef Albania duke promovuar dhe m\u00ebsuar brezat e rinj n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e gatimit.<\/p>\n<p>Por, k\u00ebto koh\u00eb gatimet e Fundimit mund t\u2019i shijoni edhe n\u00eb kryeqytet, Tiran\u00eb. At\u00eb q\u00eb i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb Roma dhe Italia ai po e ndan me shqiptar\u00ebt, duke hapur edhe k\u00ebtu nj\u00eb restorant. Recetat dhe specialet e shef Fundimit i gjeni n\u00eb Restorant Padam, n\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs.
